Three Rivers Mold Testing Refund Policy

At Three Rivers Mold Testing, we are committed to providing high-quality mold testing and identification services. We understand that sometimes situations arise that may require a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our services.
1. Services Rendered
Once a mold testing service has been rendered, including the collection of samples and the provision of test results, the service is considered completed. Due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not available after the service has been performed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation by Three Rivers Mold Testing: In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice of rescheduling the appointment or receiving a full refund.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to be present at the scheduled appointment time and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your test results to discuss your concerns. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a partial or full refund, or a complimentary retest, depending on the circumstances.

6. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction.
